Nurse Christy has been with Knoxville Schools since October 2023. She is a graduate of Carl Sandburg College and has worked as a nurse in many capacities since 2017. Christy lives in Galesburg with her partner Craig and together they have four children.

Outside of work, Christy is passionate about building deeper connections with her family and friends. In her Free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, appreciate nature and exploring new places. Christy is active in CrossFit, enjoys long walks, cooking at home, appreciating great food, and attending concerts and music festivals.

Christy is always willing to get involved, no matter the job. We appreciate all that she does for our students and staff.

Jessica is a Knoxville native and graduate of KHS. Since 2021, Jessica has been serving as the District nurse for Knoxville schools. During her time here, she has also acquired her AHA instructor certification and has certified a large number of our staff and students in CPR. Prior to her time here, she worked for 13 years as a surgical nurse. However, working with children has always been her calling. Jessica and her children, Lillian and Benjamin, currently reside just outside of East Galesburg.

In her spare time, Nurse Jess enjoys playing with her kids and nieces, tending to her bees, gardening, and baking homemade bread. She also loves to sing and play music with family and friends. Jessica loves helping others and says one of her favorite things is seeing students and their families outside of school, getting the chance to create relationships beyond band-aids and ice packs. Cultivating a community of care and love is what she's all about!

Danielle and her family currently reside in Rio. For the last 10 years, Danielle has been working as a nurse, primarily in surgery. She and her husband, Charlie, have two children, 6 year old Jonny, and 2 year old Sami. Together, they enjoy traveling and making memories as a family.

Danielle has a gentle personality, and prides herself on doing her work well, and doing things right. We are so blessed to have her on our team!

Although she is a native of Cameron, Becca has been a Knoxville resident for two years and says she has quickly fallen in love with our little community. For the last seven years, Becca has been working as an RN, specializing in both surgery and emergency medicine. When she isn't saving lives, Becca enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening. Becca especially enjoys supporting her children, Tucker (5th grade) and Jolie (Kindergarten) as they participate in various activities and events.

Becca has a brilliant mind and a mothering spirit. We are forever grateful to her for being part of our team!
