School lunches for the 22/23 school year will no longer be USDA free meals for all students. Free/ Reduced applications will be available on the Foodservice portion of the Blue Bullets Website. The form can be filled out right on the foodservice website or can be downloaded from the District web page. Filled out forms can be turned into the Food Service office at KHS. Breakfast will be $2.00 per child at all buildings. An extra milk will be $ .40 Mable Lunch $2.60 KJHS lunch will be $2.70 KHS lunch will be $2.80 Extra Entrée will be $1.75

Students taking driver's ed first semester this coming school year will have the chance to take the permit test in July. The test will be held on Monday, July 18 at 6:00pm in Mr. Clevenger's room. Students will need a laptop of some sort to complete this. Phones will not work for the test. Students will enter the building through the doors on Ontario Street near Mr. Clevenger's room. The test will also be given once school begins but this will be the only early test available. To study, go to www.cyberdriveillinois.com and find the Rules of the Road. Any information from chapters 3-13 may show up on the test. The entire process should take no longer than 45 minutes to 1 hour. 6th through 12th grade students interested in building their basketball skills, please plan on attending a 3 day camp hosted by Undrafted. The camp is July 6,7, and 8. Please see the attached flyer for registration information.

OSFMG- Knoxville is hosting a Sports Physical Clinic on June 13th. Please see the photo below for more information.

Congratulations to Mrs. Jodi Keever! She was named last night as the new Mable Woolsey principal.

As a reminder, if your students have medication at school, please pick them up this week! Staff will be available until 5pm Wednesday, and 8-3 Thursday and Friday. If you need to schedule a time to pick up meds outside of those hours, call Jessica Kimball at 351-2720. Thank you and have a GREAT SUMMER!!!

Just a reminder that today, Monday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 24 school will be dismissed at the normal 3:00 p.m. time. Wednesday, May 25 school will be dismissed one hour early, it will be a 2:00 p.m. dismissal. Enjoy the summer break!

There will be a final meeting for the 2022 DC Trip tonight (5/17) at 7pm in the KJHS Commons Area.

As some of you may have already been made aware, we experienced an issue with one of our classroom doors at KJHS this morning. Thank you to our wonderful teachers and Knoxville Firefighters for getting the door open and our students safely out of the classroom. As always, the safety of our students and staff are our number one priority, and we are happy to have been able to resolve this issue.

KHS will administer final exams on Tuesday, May 24 and Wednesday, May 25.

Today's softball game with Richwoods has been canceled. Next game is Wednesday, May 18 at 4:30 pm in Farmington.

Congratulations to Jensen Stoneking and Vincent Conlee. Last Thursday, May 5, Knoxville students attended the Western Illinois IPA student recognition breakfast. Students from across the region were recognized for their outstanding contributions to their schools. Thank You Jensen and Vincent for having such a positive impact on KHS.

Knoxville High School graduation ceremony will take place this Sunday, May 15 at 3:00 PM. Doors will open at 2:15 PM. All are welcome to attend. Please come out to the HS and support our graduating Senior.
