The Mable Woolsey Playground will be closed today, Wednesday May 15th, starting at 3:00 p.m. for treatment. It will reopen tomorrow, Thursday May 16th.

Attention: The KHS softball team begins regional play today at Port Byron (Riverdale) high school. Game time is 6:30pm. Admission is $5.00 per person. The address for Port Byron (Riverdale) high school is 9622 256th Street North, Port Byron, IL 61275.

A few of our KJHS students had a blast at the IDEA Advocacy Day in Springfield on Thursday, May 9. Special thanks to Senator Halpin and Representative Swanson for taking the time to stop by our table to check out the projects that our students have completed in STEM class with Mrs. Frey and Ms. Hopper. Major, Gavin, August, and Andrew represented KJHS extremely well!!
The Mable Woolsey PTO Color Run for May 18th has been cancelled. Everyone who has sent in money will be refunded this week.

The IHSA baseball and softball postseason begins next week. The KHS baseball team plays Monday, May 13th at Orion. 4:30pm start. The KHS softball team plays Tuesday, May 14th at Port Byron (Riverdale). 6:30pm start.
